At Foxypot, each item is custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy in place.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once the order has been placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details (including spelling, dates, and design choices) are correct before submitting their order.
Defective or Damaged Items
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive defective or damaged.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photo evidence of the defect or damage
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Send a replacement at no additional cost
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Customer errors (e.g., typos, incorrect information submitted)
- Minor variations in color, grain, or engraving placement (especially relevant for natural materials like wood)
- Change of mind after purchase
